“ My wife and I loved it for several different reasons. 1) the food was amazing - from the appetizer to the dessert, we kept going "yum" and widening our eyes being surprised by the flavors. Tutto eccezionale. 2) the service - our waiters were so nice and professional. We kept complimenting the food and they kept sneaking here and there a little taste of something that they wanted us to try so that we can get blown away over and over. We even got an additional sgroppino, because why not! 3) the hospitality. We talked to Giulio, the owner and artist of the wall-art all around the restaurant. He took time to explain the meaning and the story behind the art pieces - super nice. And then at the end, Fabrizio (the director) walked us throughout different rooms of the restaurant and hotel to show us all the other pictures and art. Again, he spent time with us answering questions and telling us the story behind Cibreo. Great night, great food, great people going the extra mile to make you feel special.
